Refund and Returns Policy

What You Receive After Enrollment

When you purchase an IdeaSpark program, you gain immediate, individual access to all course materials through your account. From the moment of purchase, the full program becomes available, including:

  • Modules covering art history, critical analysis, and contextual understanding
  • Content focused on market dynamics and valuation methodologies
  • Frameworks for provenance research and due diligence
  • Practical tools for gallery operations and arts business management
  • Reference materials for critical vocabulary and historical periods
  • All supplementary resources included with the program at the time of purchase

Access is granted under a single-user license and is strictly personal. It cannot be shared, transferred, or reassigned to another individual or organization. Your access does not expire and remains available without a fixed time limit.

Five-Day Evaluation Period

You have five full days from the time of purchase to determine whether the program aligns with your current professional objectives. This period is intended for assessment, not for substantial use of the material.

During this time, appropriate actions include reviewing the program structure, exploring introductory content, and evaluating whether the subject matter matches your needs.

Activities that go beyond evaluation—such as progressing through a significant portion of the course, applying its frameworks in professional work, or completing the program—fall outside the intended use of this period. Requests made after such use will not be approved.

Usage Threshold and Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the proportion of content accessed. If less than 30% of the program has been accessed, you may submit a request. Once access reaches 30% or more, eligibility is permanently revoked.

Other factors—such as completion status, timing of the purchase, remaining unseen content, or the program price—do not influence this determination. Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

How to Submit a Request

If you are within the eligible window, contact support and provide:

  • The email address associated with your IdeaSpark account
  • Your order confirmation number
  • The name of the program you wish to return

A detailed justification is not required. Requests are evaluated based on account verification and content access data. Submissions from unregistered email addresses or without a valid order number may require additional identity verification.

What Happens Next

After your request is received, it will be reviewed within 48 hours. You will receive a response confirming approval, requesting additional information, or explaining why the request is not eligible.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
